- Branding: Submit photos, logos, and distinctive signs in advance
- Materials: Bring infographics, brochures, and/or promotional materials
- Labeling: Products must be properly labeled
- Regulations: For food items, comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
- Electricity: No electrical outlets available at the stands
- Refrigeration: Refrigerators are not available at the stands, but on-site refrigeration can be arranged
- Booth Size: 1.50 m x 2.0 m (no cost)
- Accommodation: Preferential rates available at partner hotels (see registration site)
