  • Branding: Submit photos, logos, and distinctive signs in advance
  • Materials: Bring infographics, brochures, and/or promotional materials
  • Labeling: Products must be properly labeled
  • Regulations: For food items, comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Electricity: No electrical outlets available at the stands
  • Refrigeration: Refrigerators are not available at the stands, but on-site refrigeration can be arranged
  • Booth Size: 1.50 m x 2.0 m (no cost)
  • Accommodation: Preferential rates available at partner hotels (see registration site)

Morelia International Airport (MLM) offers direct flights from:

  • Mexico City (≈ 1-hour flight)

  • Tijuana, Cancun, Monterrey, and Guadalajara
